CRAFT.HAIR.CARE A group of like minded stylists. We are dedicated to our craft, Holistic hair and self-care. We specialize in Grey Coverage, Customized Colour, Designer Haircuts, Balayage, Hair Painting, Foil Lights, and color correction. Offering vegan, cruelty-free, scent-free, low toxic products and low ammonia or ammonia-free hair color.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a reminder service of upcoming appointments for your convenience. Please give us 48 HRS cancellation notices. This allows us enough notice to utilize our waitlist and provide financial stability for our stylists. We do understand that life happens and things happen out of our control. Non-refundable deposits are required for online bookings and any appointments 2 hours or longer. Deposits are taken through GLOSS GENIUS ONLY. Deposits rescheduled 48 HRS before original booking are transferable to new booking. “NO SHOWS”, cancellations under 12 hours, & “CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS” that no show will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount when booking (total of deposit). Habitual last minute cancellations (less than 12 hrs) and no-shows (2 consecutive incidents) cannot reserve appointments and will have to call same day for the days availability.
